  this movie just gives p*rn addict vibes. after reading other reviews I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who thought there were many unnecessary sex scenes throughout. not to mention the inneuendos about r*pe and sex that as a woman don’t sit right with me. it’s so obvious this movie is made by a perverted man. you don’t have to show tits every five minutes to convey she’s a hooker. um Pretty Woman circa 1990? not surprised to…

  this movie accurately depicts a disturbing and accurate feminist lense of women’s violence. day after day women aren’t believed and experience great fear and unease around men which this movie was able to show using minimal words. Anna Kendrick never disappoints me as an actress so I’m not surprised to see myself appreciating her first work as a Director. edit: just found out she donated all of her profits of this movie to RAIN and the National Center for Victims of Violent Crime. Anna Kendrick the woman you are!
