It is quite a charming film. It did not feel like a cash grab. It was a little messy and could've been sharper and better, but managed to create some cool characters and moments. If this was a movie they played on TV back in the early 2000s on Disney or Nickelodeon it would have been a classic for many of us growing up which I think is the point. I'm definitely not the audience for this but I am sure it's more meaningful than any other media for children that is out now.
