Stellar performances from the cast including Bautista and Groff, whom I adore, could not save this pile of cowplop. The premise is dumb and just plain regurgitate (minus the gay couple who adopts a little girl being a focal point).
I was turned off also by the fact that from a filmmaker standpoint, in a time riddled by fear, extremism, division, conspiracy theories, sensationalism, misinformation, and pure ridiculousness, it sure seems lame to make something like this…
