Everything Everywhere All at Once 2022
On rewatch, the parts that are good get better and the parts that are bad get worse.
By the end, something feels...undelivered. it's difficult to explain, but something didn't land that was supposed to. I think it's the redditness of the philosophy, it feels like a Rick and Morty episode at times.
By far the strongest part of the story was the mother/daughter relationship and the themes of generational trauma. I wish that was focused on more rather than this shallow absurdism.Translated from by
