The movie was absolutely phenomenal.
There was a lot of criticism of Chris Pratt being the voice actor for Mario, but he did exceptionally well in paying homage to Mario's character after all. The entire playthrough of their Italianess in the commercial to their everyday Brooklyn accents is peak. Bowser being a villainous romantic and voiced by Jack Black was amazing. Every character played such a fantastic role in the film.
