They should rename this ‘Patience’ because the majority of this film is going around a house watching people talking. No jump scares, no horror at all really. But if you are patient the last scene is incredibly effective and moving.

Holy shit this is absolutely mental. John Lithgow exacts the most elaborately depraved revenge against Denzel for putting him in jail. Think Cape Fear on a speedball.
We get two of the most bozo mode performances from Denzel and Lithgow. There is a prison fight scene that I can only describe as ‘phonebook gladiators’. Ice T appears every now and then.
I’ll say nothing more. RUN don’t walk to the store, buy some brewskis, gather the boys and watch Ricochet.
