Memories of Murder 2003
I love mysteries that are never solved so they keep this continuous feeling of dread. Never allowing for any catharsis whatsoever, the suspense might’ve resided but the harrowing feeling evoked endures. I’m so impressed with damn near everything in this movie and the fact that murder mysteries are a favorite genre of mine puts this high in my favorites. This is only my second Bong Joon-Ho film but I can already tell he is a skilled director.
