  Unlike my last film logged, I was disappointed by Mickey 17. My first Ho film was Parasite and that film is probably amongst the best I had ever seen so I had high hopes for this film. Parasite had everything, deep characters with flourishing relationships and development in a continuous but unpredictable path. There was a goal and actions that were taken to achieve said goal.   I had heard about this fella Sidney Lumet a lot but I hadn't seen any of his films and let me tell you, I'm not that upset about this fact. Lumet is one of those filmmakers that is taught in school because of his prowess but you never watch any of his films outside of said class. This was recommended to me so I figured I'd give it a try.   RAWR XD!

  At least that's what it sounded like to me.

  My goodness, what a phenomenal piece of work. Godzilla Minus One is not a Godzilla movie. Instead, it is a film about a man struggling with his actions in the past and learning to overcome his trauma, with Godzilla in it.
