Muppet Treasure Island 1996
This movie was a masterpiece. The music was not forced. Fourth wall breaking was great. Taking into account it was always going to have a kids movie ending. The muppets were not out of place and did not suffer for the self affliction of “too many characters with too little time”. Whenever something didn’t feel right, they acknowledged it in the story and ran with it. A movie the whole family would love to see. Didn’t try to push human characters and the muppets did exactly that they’re supposed to do.
