Underwater 2020
a pretty fun and very atmospheric adventure horror. ironically I feel it overall ends up a bit surface level and could do with a bit more plot built around it as well as I feel could’ve utilised the mythology of Cthulhu to extend the horror, but everything it does do is still very well done.

Doctor Who: The Legend of Ruby Sunday & Empire of Death 2024
i have a lot of problems with this story, mostly coming in part 2, but i think the set up and dread built in part 1 is so truly effective, that paves way to a story that whilst again, is very flawed, i feel attempts to look at the feeling of isolation in a persons sense of self, despite the attempt of positivity in every sense, the anxiety of losing those around persists, no matter what the realistic fact is, the anxiety and worry of those around disappearing in any sense and how portrays that anxiety really well to me
