Fantastic Mr. Fox 2009
Upon rewatching it again at the culmination of fall (this movie was made for the fall), I realize what this movie does so well. All of its characters represent a certain candid aspect of myself. It’s not trying to be pretentious or anything, in fact, it’s quite economical about its delivery. In an increasingly “film-douche” filmography, this sticks out more and more.
