Talk to Me 2022
A disturbing and difficult descent as told by the timeless turmoil of being a teenager. The characters are not likeable, and we regret that we relate to them. Not even the "protagonist's" grief forgives her undercurrent of manipulation, of her flirtation with betrayal, before a demonic force conveniently carried it out for her. This film carries you across the threshold of the line, pulling you in as violently as the ritual it depicts. It doesn't try too hard to explain…

This was the lowest rated of Peele's films on Rotten Tomatoes, and I completely disagree that it's his weakest. I might place this as my 2nd favorite, running close behind Get Out.
There was criticism that Peele had disconnected ideas that never came together. If that's referencing the Gordy story, this is the line that tied everything together:
