Legally Blonde 2001
Final movie of the year, watched this on the plane ride back. The fact that Elle basically just got into Harvard Law and worked so hard just for Warner’s attention and then to actually go into that field is just so insane. While Elle and Emmett are cute I lowkey think Elle should’ve ended up with Vivian but I’m glad they became friends and both didn’t choose Warner. Elle Woods is a girlboss and that trial scene where she interrogates the daughter is just cinematic history. This also was my first time watching it and I’m glad I finally did!

Wicked but it’s only Act One. As someone who’s seen the Broadway musical I am very pleased with this. No Good Deed will destroy me and rip me into shreds in the 2nd movie I just know that. Also Jonathan Bailey lookalike contest in my bedroom tonight 🤭🤭. But overall very slay and when I watched One Short Day and saw Idina and Kristen appear I yelled “ADELE DAZEEM”. But very excited for act 2!
