    The Wolf of Wall Street

'Wolf of Wall Street' masterfully explores the corrupting influence of wealth and illustrates the gradual moral decline of its protagonist. The film captures the allure of the American dream at its most extravagant—partying on luxurious yachts and private planes, a portrayal that many might find aspirational. However, beneath this glamorous facade, the narrative reveals the protagonist's ethical erosion, exacerbated by immense wealth and an excessive lifestyle. Fletcher's intense, often cruel approach makes…

Very light hearted film in a particular way. The way cancel culture is portrayed is certainly interesting, since the protagonist doesn't actually do anything wrong to deserve such a fate socially. Nevertheless, this film seems to fall short because of the questionable colour grading, I'm unsure whether it was a creative choice to add extra grain but it made the film look too amature for my taste.
