  Watching this movie is a hard pill to swallow, not because its big, but because its covered in rusty spikes covered in tetanus. The affects of this pill are goosebumps and suspense. This felt scarier than a horror movie and more gruesome than a Tarantino movie. The fact this is based on real events makes it even harder to watch.
