  Anyone who tells you that they enjoyed/understood this movie after seeing it for the first time IS A LIAR. It still has those great Lynchian moments where things get so weird that it becomes laughable. I’m sure it’s great on a rewatch but it begs the question of the quality of a movie that requires you to see it twice. I really love Michael J. Anderson and Patrick Fischler.

  I thought being able to shoot scenes from a photographer’s perspective lended itself to incredible shots. I’m not sure I really resonated with some of the character arcs but it certainly satisfied as an action movie.
