  Honestly I was a bit skeptical going in, but this was a thoroughly entertaining watch. Some really impressive animation and a good balance of funny and serious moments. The lore/setup is a bit hard to follow, but that’s probably my fault since I didn’t see the first movie. Overall I enjoyed this and definitely worth seeing on a big screen.

  My takeaway is that French people really don’t like kids but they like fucking and they feel the burden to carry on their noble (and misguided) conception of France and so they endure the insufferable burden.
