Watching Perfect Days was a conflicting experience for me. On one hand, I could see what the film was trying to say—that there’s beauty in the mundane, in routine, in simply being present. Every day is new, and life exists in the small moments: the way sunlight hits the trees, the comfort of a familiar song, the satisfaction of a job done well. And I see that everyday.
