They Cloned Tyrone 2023
An interesting watch. The actors do terrific work in their roles with this, combining gritty emotion and sarcasm together in a very watchable formula. The ending seemed very obvious, with the impending sense of “of course this was going to happen”. It seemed very familiar with the style of the film “Sorry to Bother You”, different story lines but the overall feeling felt similar.

Barbie 2023
Funny, witty and emotionally engaging. Saw the film twice within a week and a half. Songs are catchy, jokes are well written. Overall, an excellent watch with friends or even by yourself. A great feat for Greta Gerwig, which has shone light onto the feminist world of film in a nostalgic and beautiful way, uncovering a perspective of Barbie’s (and women in general) journey that many have never understood.
