This film isn’t great, nor is it bad, and I’d give it the benefit of the doubt and say it leans more towards good than average.
I saw somebody say this film should have been called Captain America: Tying Up Loose Ends, this is spot on. This ties up a few bits from across the MCU, but mainly things from The Incredible Hulk which released SEVENTEEN years ago, which did have me trying to channel my eleven year old self…
This has Shrek levels of dual adult/kid humour.
The cast is great and it’s genuinely funny throughout.
I went into this film pretty blind being maybe one of five people on the planet who hasn’t seen, or knows little to nothing about The Wizard of Oz.

Let me start by saying, I have very few negative things to say about this film so I’ll get them out of the way first.
