This movie is definitely dated. I have seen it about 4 times now and I can get all the way through it. I enjoy it, but I feel like it is very fast paced. Jumping from one thing to the next. This can be seen as either good or bad depending on taste.

One thing I don’t like about ANY movie is unrealistic damage and blood. The main character seemed like she basically had super human endurance. I understand…

Only a 3 out of 5 because I didn’t find this movie that entertaining or funny, maybe it’s because I’m watching it in 2025.

This is a 3 based on my opinion and that’s really all. If the jokes were funny it would be higher. Other wise I liked the characters and the acting was fine. It is still a nostalgic movie.

The movie wasn’t bad but the recording quality was terrible. I don’t see why they had to up the contrast so much. It looked like they put a smoothing filter over everything. At times when it was too bright or outside the viewer can barely see what’s going on. Especially during the motorcycle scene in the start of the movie.  The acting was just ok, I’ve seen this movie once before, but I don’t remember it being as hard…

Wait why is this movie perfect ?

Watching it again it was super funny! This movie is such a classic and arguably the best ice age movie. I love them all before they started catering so much to children.  I could watch this movie over and over and still find it enjoyable. If you have kids they would love it! After this movie the jokes got to squishy! Making jokes about big butts and the slight profanity reminded me of the first shriek movie.

Even the filler with the singing vultures didn’t feel unnecessary, it flowed very well and is such an iconic scene!
