So many questions to be answered, this was a great foundation with all the building blocks of an amazing story. Unfortunately Rian Johnson used those building blocks to build a skyscraper and yeet Star Wars head first into the concrete...

  This film subverted expectations. You'd expect it to be action and violent, but instead you got a thought provoking work of art. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, if it wasn't a DC Universe property and I already knew so much about the Joker (or little, only the real fans will get that *winky face*) I might not have even watched it. But I did, and ‎Joaquin Phoenix as Arthur Fleck did so fucking good.
