upon my third watch, the most gut wrenching scene has to be the moment sue decides to not respect the balance for months on end. she’s already aware that she’s eating away at elizabeth, yet she squeezes every last drop of stabilizer fluid out of her body. how vile the spinal tap spot gets after each syringe insertion, combined with the clear lack of respect and sheer amount of disgust she has for her true self make this scene so incredibly unsettling. no words.

i’ve been holding out on writing a review for this movie because i really wanted to gather my thoughts to make sure i wasn’t being too hasty. but if i’m being honest, i haven’t been able to stop thinking about the substance all week. no joke every chance i get im like i should probably talk about the substance. they need to know. without a doubt a 5 and crazy to say but in my top 4.
