Obviously not a secret but this movie rules so much.
Im a big fan of the USA Network show Psych and Ryan Gosling plays a slightly dumber but more entertaining version of Shawn in this.
On the rewatch Russell Crowe’s character hits better and his relationship with Holly is much more moving/funny than I remembered at first.
Also it occurred to me that the conspiracy in this movie is the same conspiracy as Steven Soderbergh’s recent movie “No Sudden Moves” i’m probably gonna go down a rabbit hole to find all the movies that are just about the catalytic converter collusion.

Barbie 2023
Pretty funny at times and the Barbieland parts are much better than the “real world” parts. The music, and the visual design are great. Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling are wonderful and should get nominations at least.
