Dune: Part Two 2024
Incredibly fun theatre experience. It was a spectacle. Definitely the quickest 2 hr 45 min of my life. The audio, cinematography & coloring were world class. Also, Austin Butler stole the show for me.
I think there were just so many sequences & events packed into the film in such quick succession that it was hard to process the story and I didn’t feel much emotion. Like I didn’t really care about the characters and I knew Paul was gonna win so the stakes didn’t feel as high.
Honestly, I prefer Part 1 but that’s cause I like films that breathe so you can sink into them.
