Leaving the IMAX theater wondering how I ever thought Nolan’s best work was a question up for debate.

From the very first frame (which takes like 3 minutes to get to due to the most preroll logos I’ve ever seen??) this is the cutest movie ever created. Absolutely beautiful, some stunning cinematography - and the lack of dialogue…
This is like the juiciest climactic midseason episode of a thrilling season of television. No setup, no bullshit exposition, just right into the shit - “here’s the situation, figure it out”. A spy thriller mixed with an Agatha Christie-esque whodunit. And omg Pierce Brosnan just CHEWING the scenery.
Soderbergh is 2/2 for me for 2025 releases!
My only criticism is maybe why was this filmed in astigmatism-vision? Every single dark scene I kept thinking “are my glasses dirty?” with how soft all the lighting sources are lmao
