Sure, the reversing time stuff is cool. Sure, crashing an actual airplane into a building is fucking awesome because I have a special place in my heart for practical effects and Nolan does it so well. But, God, the exposition, the sound mixing, and the “emotional connection” with the characters in this movie is horrendous. I think Nolan has a checklist for making character connections, and in this movie he literally just made “The Protagonist” and called it a day.…
