1917 2019
The plot of this movie and the way the end is set up is very good. It shows the brotherhood that got countries like Britain threw tough time in war. Although it wasn’t his brother the main character finishes the task which is great to see from a movie watching perspective. The one critique I have is the fact that the main characters journey felt fake and movie like at times. Although that is a good thing for some people a history buff like me would have enjoyed something a bit more realistic.

The Boys in the Boat 2023
I wish it showed more background to what happens with his dad before college. I also wished it was less individualized towards Joe. Even though he is the main character by the end of the movie I didn’t know half the people on the teams names. Overall great movie and good to watch with a family.
