I was hard on this film the first time I saw it. It was a bad theater going experience and it distracted me from some of the nuances in the script and performances that I noticed this time around. Gave it an extra star.

“I’m sorry son. I should’ve done better.”
Generational trauma is real. Emotionally stifled parents passing it onto their sons. If they’re lucky they get therapy as an adult, if unlucky the “manosphere” steps in and instills their hateful dogma, taking that trauma to dangerous heights.
