Better Man 2024
One of the most creative and genuine biopics out there. Establishing a biopic in the surreal from the beginning and running with it throughout allows you to get to the root of feeling and emotion, rather than the focus being on (from either the filmmaker or the audience) an objective timeline of events that can become either monotonous or disingenuous. Better Man avoids both of these and focusses entirely on the turmoil of a pop icon that allows an audience to reevaluate their relationship with him. Huge fan of this film and the creativity on display.
