  I just rewatched and I love it so much. It’s everything I love in storytelling. There’s no real reason for this film of all the John Hughes movies to stand out so much to me, but for whatever reason I can’t deny the real enjoyment and emotion I get out of the movie.

  Sometimes emotional depth is sacrificed for a simplistic message to apply to one’s own life, and this film chooses the right priorities. So simple and so complex, the director of photography did a fantastic job. Got me emotional, and checks the right boxes, will rewatch at some point
