Never seen a Terminator film before, or seen Arnold in something that wasn’t a comedy, but this was an enjoyable watch.
It’s one of the few instances where I didn’t feel like I was missing too much from the previous film to understand this one, so that’s always good.
It could have been a little shorter, but it’s a shame Cameron film and I’ve never seen a film of his that didn’t hit or almost hit the three hour mark. …

I really wanted to like this movie. It has a great cast with Pattinson, Ackie, Ruffalo and Collette doing the best they probably could with the lack of plot, character development and a piss poor script.
The main character(s) aren’t likeable enough to carry the film, and I feel like they were supposed to be, especially during the scenes where you’re supposed to feel sorry for them, it’s hard to do so when there’s not a lot to them…
I’ve never seen Pamela Anderson in anything else before(other than Scooby Doo and Baywatch) so I honestly couldn’t tell if she was just playing herself in this, or the acting on her part was supposed to be a bit meh.
Every other performance in this thankfully makes up for that and the lack of story though. Kieran Shipka, Brenda Somg and Bautista were perfect.

Another biopic about a popular musician who was actually a bit of a prick, because we definitely need more of those.
Proof that a film based on a person’s life cannot just rely heavily on the main actor looking a bit like the person they’re playing.
Supporting cast (especially Norton) were probably the only redeeming thing about this film. It also didn’t need to be over two hours long at all.
