movie theater near me was showing this, so finally got to see it on the big screen, yeah its just 2 hours of cowboy bebop, but now its on the big screen and it slaps, the music slaps, the fights slap, the animation slaps. I fucking love this movie

Sword Art Online the Movie – Progressive – Aria of a Starless Night 2021
Man, I really enjoyed this and can’t wait for the second movie.
SAO animation is always so good in the movies, but this retelling is beyond good. I personally really like Asuna as the central character as apposed to Kirito, and without the fanservice, it comes off so good.
Also Asuna Yuuki girlboss and possibly bi?? more likely than you think.
