  Estamos a viver no império da mediocridade!

  Beautifully made, cinematography is insane (specially at the 1° act). I loooove B&W.

  I guess the story just wasn't for me, I wasn't very invested of any of the characters. I believe it was a bit underwhelming? Idk what I was expecteding from it tho.

  It gets very minimal with words in the middle. Paco is a very, VERY dumb character and I got very mad at him very quickly lol

  It's a very good movie, I can recognize that, but I guess its a very good movie that isn't for me? Werk.

  OH BOYYYYY RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE MEETS MEAN GIRLS MEETS GOSSIP GIRL MEETS MY OLD CATHOLIC SCHOOL

  I wish my 12yo raised-catholic-but-clearly-bissexual ass could have seen this movie. THIS WAS AMAZING. This is probably the best movie to talk about organized religion/roman catholic shinnenigans. There is no such thing as holy men, or God's will. There is only human ambition, greed, pettiness and hunger for POWER.

  Challengers 2024

  I don't know what I expected from Challengers but sure wasn't what I saw. Literally fanfic level of writing, construction of characters and climax. Mostly laughable.

  The soundtrack really got on my nerves quick. The imagery is very beautiful at most times but I have motion sickness so the POV cam made me dizzy.

  Sometimes the slow motions few very self indulgent, honestly. Kinda high on the director's own grandiocity. It's a very odd screenplay, feels redundant. It ended where it started.

  Two stars for the homoerotic imagery. Whatever.

  While I am completely emotionless watching a pretencious bad movie like Saltburn is when I realize that it is NOT FUCKING EASY to pull off what ma boy yorgos lanthimos does in his movies. He is more than smart, he has a sense of meaning. Nothing is ever gratuitous. Unlike this shitfest of a movie.

  I am a huge fan of the grotesque, the disgusting, the depraved and the absurd. And I'm also not a huge fan of the rich.…
