I watched this movie before, but I needed a second watch. 16 years and two days after the actual event. It’s surreal to watch and know the outcome, as the film begins with the crash and then doing an investigation questioning whether landing in the Hudson River was the right choice when returning to the airport runway was suggested. I appreciated how it highlighted the significance of human experience. While tests and simulations were used, they didn’t fully consider the emotions…
