Not quite as funny as it was scary but close, or was I just relieved from the jump out scares. There’s a basement, people going into the basement, and know you think you know the rest, but you don’t.
Did anyone really believe all these entitled people would be quieted by one chef because he claps his hands. Great idea, poorly executed, I never sided with any any of the characters so why should I care what happened to them?
You might enjoy this movie fully if you are a musician, I’m not, so it came across as pretentious. Kate Blanchet is brilliant and caries the entire movie. I will not be thinking about any of the characters tomorrow.
