  i put off watching this forever. i wish had something more salient to say but i spent probably a third of this movie just crying over seemingly nothing and sometimes everything. i love you lady bird and i love you christine. sometimes it hurts to be a daughter with a mother but one day you will realize she was looking and looking so close you couldn't quite see it, could only feel the burn it left behind, and you'll think about your mother and you'll think about how you're her daughter and it still hurts and you'll realize it is everything. it's everything.
