  It's more than an amazing document, it's an amazing film. What is, at first, a disgusting cop device to trick homosexual men, become, through the editing (even if it just consists of putting the reels end-to-end), and the absence of the inquisitive voice comment that was originally put over the images, a sort of choreography of desire and tenderness, of secret and ritual gestures, in a place where social, class, race and age boundaries just vanishes.   What a singular movie. A mix of grotesque, farce, melodrama, theatrical gesture and sociological description of the country through several archetypal figures surrounding those lost kids. The two orphans seems to come from an expressionist movie, specially the boy with his dark circles under his eyes.
