Nosferatu 2024
Really wanted to like this movie but thought it was exceptionally boring. Everyone aside from Dafoe, Ineson and McBurney just came off as caricatres - Taylor Johnson was especially wooden in this and really sucked any believability out of the scenes he was in. Found this really pretentious too - it is so obsessed with presentation (keeps repeating this same POV-esque camera movement that moves passed the protagonist) that it completely took me out of it - jumpscares were incredibly boring and predictable. The score was nice though, but more melancholy than scary.
