  Only watched Life Lessons. Nick Nolte is incredible. Possibly a perfect film, but I would need to rewatch it to decide. In a way, it feels like a sort of twisted ode to New York.

  Feverish and quiet; nightmarish and dreamlike. The logic of desire strips each character of their humanity. Dullness encodes every aspect of life. Extremely affecting.
