This had a strong start and then completely lost me when we were halfway through and they still hadn’t found their partners. I didn’t expect this to be a search comedy, but I’m glad we’re finally speaking on the mistake of staying with your hs partner when going to college. At least it was self aware in the lack of chemistry between the two MCs.. Caleb Hearon is the light in this, but not enough to make this worth watching imo

Some interesting pacing choices and a slow build to a lackluster climax but timothee kinda killed the character acting and the music made it come to life. I wish I didn’t have an idiot on tiktok right in front of me but perhaps the movie should’ve done more to grip both of us. overall, a good time.
