Good lord what a shit show of a movie. There are so many parts that just don't work, but I think it can be clumped into three categories: the musical component, the editing/general direction, and the underlying plot.

The pacing feels sluggish, with certain scenes dragging on unnecessarily, and the overall substance of the film leaves much to be desired. It's the kind of movie where you watch more for the nostalgia of "omg, look who's playing Dan Aykroyd! omg it's Gilda Radner!" instead of focusing on anything super meaningful.
