As a vehicle to make Fallon a movie star, Lorne Michaels failed spectacularly. The best thing to happen to Fallon’s career was when NBC chose guest host Leno over revolutionary Letterman. And whether you like Fallon’s show or not, he certainly has one.
Also this is a very very hot cast. Like unnecessarily hot. Which is more interesting to have, than not to have.

Snack Shack 2024
Really breaks itself into three parts. The American buddy success. The girl fallout. And the Hollywood ending.
The first part is great. The second is mushy and classic. If we saw it from her perspective we would be in a complete different place at the end.
And the Hollywood ending is very soppy and what was necessary, but still cliché. But all in all, very fuzzy feelings from this. It’s very good at what it is.

It’s like three different episodes packed into 75 minutes. Great sequences involving the Michelle character on her kickass Yamaha. Plus really great performances by all three leads. And a funky score to get stuck in your head.
