I enjoyed it overall. I liked the use of sound in particular. Excellent wolf man makeup and VFX. However the story felt ultimately mid and flat. It didn't necessarily elevate or add to the werewolf genre.

Nosferatu 2024
Everything I wanted and more in an updated gothic horror redux of Nosferatu. The cinematography, the blocking, the sound, the makeup, the convulsions, ugh, if this is what Eggers is cooking, then I want seconds. The crossroads and the carriage to the castle scene was worth the price of admission alone. And the final shot ... chef's kiss.
I need to see this in Imax. I saw this in a small-ish theater at the Lakewood AMC and I feel this deserves a more pestigious viewing experience.
And I needed subtitles.
