Taxi Driver 1976
bit of a weird one for me. the music and cinematography is beautiful but the plot feels a bit lost halfway through I feel like one story starts and ends then there's the next they did try to connect them but they feel so disconnected to me. I think it's great in a film ways but I dunno how I feel about it as a viewer.

The style in this film was mental. I loved just how much of a surrealist take on a heroin trip and od. Like it's so dramatic and crazy but it all works to feel like a stylish grungy film that's tragic at it's core but is layered with dumb wit and drama. Rooted for Mark and Spud from start to finish, so glad it ended how it did. In love with this film.
