  Much better than the first one. It picked up the pace pretty fast, and never lost it. The first one was way too slow & I almost fell asleep a couple of times, this one kept my eyes glued to the screen. I almost didn't watch this because the first one was a mild and very, very long disappointment.. but I'm glad I finally decided to watch this. Already looking forward to part III.

  Haven't read the book. Hope that part 2 of the movie has something new to offer plotwise, or this will be just another sci-fi/fantasy movie, just a lot better looking & with a brilliant score.

  I get that the director's choice is to create a dreamy atmosphere, but jeez I could've done without so many slo-mos & long stares. Easy way to cut 15 minutes off.

  This film is brilliant, I never want to see it again, and I wish I never saw it. Made me sick to my stomach, uncontrollably crying, and not wanting to have sex for weeks. I wish this film was force-fed to every fucking guy in this world, and I wish this film didn't feel so real.
