The emotions, characters, and This film is thought-provoking and full of substance. The way they explored the alternate lifestyle, and while watching, you feel like you need to live in that atmosphere away from society. The peace is in their journey of living, learning, and unlearning things. From the opening scene, it tells you a lot: the movie was shot brilliantly, there are very few minimal characters, and their take on life is the real deal. The music hit you differently; this movie doesn't let you simply go away. It's very difficult to bring these kinds of films, which are high on emotion, from scene 1.

You don't expect this kind of movie often. It's about a friendship gone wrong, riddled with rejection, despair, and revenge. There are beautiful, mesmerizing shots. The wild beauty of this island is captured in the cinematography off the coast of Ireland; the writing was strong, and the music was perfectly made. What's so satisfying about the story is that you're left to interpret it yourself without being pushed, though you'll most likely leave scratching your head and wondering what all the fuss is about. It stimulates a lot of thought. All the performances by the artists are above and beyond.
