[watched english dub] The voice actors sound like robots but maybe that’s the point? It’s like what people sound like when they read a book in front of the class. Just not very fluid dialogue or chemistry between anyone
Even in english you can’t tell what’s going on enough to appreciate the twists. Plus, they’re in the classic anime style of a character explaining all of the story in a full minute of dialogue.
The art and atmosphere is incredible though, as is the world. Just wish the story was a little more subtle
