Casablanca 1942
Don't know about you, but I love old(er) movies that make you feel like you are *in* them. I also can't tell why but, for me, this one did just that. It takes you back in time and tells a compelling, yet, at times, funny story about the senselessness of war, why hope and love matter more than anything else and how resilience and perseverance can get you throguh the hardest of times. One of my personal favourite films ever.

tick, tick... BOOM! 2021
If you are into musical films oder films about music in general, you ought to give this one a watch (or listen). The songs are catchy and add to a very heartfelt, yet tragic story about an aspiring singer-songwriter/msuical componist hoping to score his first Broadway feature. Andrew Garfield plays a lovable and emotional Jon Larson and proves yet again what a multitalented actor he is.
