Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2024
Maybe it’s because of how much my wife hyped it up to me but the movie ended up being short of my expectation. I don’t know. There’s something about this one that lacks the charm of the original movie. Still a good watch though but definitely not the up to par to the classic.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
It’s not perfect but to FINALLY see the yellow Wolverine suit and Channing Tatum play Gambit on the big screen is what made me give it a four stars. Superhero movies are not arthouse-style movies and everyone knows that so expecting more from it is so ridiculous. To me, as long as it tells a cohesive story, I would definitely watch due to the fact that I have waited all my life to see these characters in a live action setting. As a long time comic book nerd, Deadpool and Wolverine is a love letter that made my heart giddy with joy.
